House Upgrade

Looks like we won't be selling our house. Over the last 6 months we had maybe 10-15 people look at it but no offers. So we've decided to take it off the market. If we didn't sell it we had already decided when we put it up that we would be making some changes to it. First on the list was to install an in ground sprinkler system. That will be going in tomorrow and Tuesday. Next, we think we may go ahead and get an in ground pool and "rebuild" the gym I used to have when we lived in Hawkinsville. Man I have missed it every day since we have moved. Add in a new open and covered patio with some stonework and we will basically have a whole new backyard. Instead of throwing everything up and hoping for the best we are going to shell out a little extra and have a professional landscape designer take all our ideas and do a design for us. Does it cost extra? Yes. Is it worth it? Just take a look at most self designed upgrades and think of the answer for yourself. This will be my first big expenditure since getting out of debt and I want to make it as good as possible. As I get ideas I'll post them and my almost nonexistent audience can read them.
