Workout of the Day: None! for the whole next week.

When I get back I'm considering doing this. And eating like this. Not sure. In general I'm opposed to pill taking but I figure most people my age are already taking anti fat/depression pills so why not take something to help me out.

Off to the beach for 9 days..... I've got 10 books lined up and ready to read. Unfortunately (or fortunately) I couldn't hold out on what I thought would be the best one. Brass Man. It was one of the best scifi books I've ever read. Neal Asher includes everything I like in a scifi tale- impossibly tough androids, inhuman AI's, all-too-human AI's and a great but believable main character. Plus his libertarian beliefs shine thru every page. A relief given the plethora of whiny liberal scifi authors (Stross and a few others excluded).The other books will have a hard act to follow.
